Booking and payment conditions
 The reservation of our villas can be made directly through our web site, through one of our authorized agents. Idyllic will confirm within 48 hours, and if the choice is not available, we will offer a suitable alternative where possible.
 The booking is considered confirmed when a deposit of the total invoice (including our administrative fee) has been received, (maximum 1 month rent*). The deposit should be paid not later than 7 days after confirmation from Idyllic.
 The balance if the total should be paid not later than 45 days before the date if arrival (maximum 1 month rent*).
Should these conditions not be met, Idyllic reserves the right to cancel the booking,

Cancellations
The reservation is considered firm from the receipt if the deposit. In case if cancellation the following penalties will be incurred:
 15% if the total amount, if the cancellation is done 75 days before arrival date*.
 25% if the total amount, if the cancellation is done between the 74th and the 43rd days before arrival date*.
 50% if the total amount, if the cancellation is done between the 42nd and the 30th days before arrival date*.
 90% if the total amount, if the cancellation is done between the 29th and the days before arrival date*.
 100 % if the total amount, in case if no show or curtailment if stay.

However, if the villa is rebooked again on the same dates as the ones cancelled, the 70% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Rental Conditions
 All prices quoted are per night, check-in at 14.00 and check-out at 10.00. if the villa is free, Idyllic will arrange for the client to stay until time if departure.
 Reservations are made for the number of persons booked into the villa. It is absolutely forbidden to sublet or to accept other visitors without written agreement from Idyllic.

Responsibility
Idyllic rents out only those villas registered or applying for registration with the Ministry of Tourism. Each villa being owned by a different person, the comfort and decor will vary. Idyllic operates as an agent only, and cannot be held responsible for any faulty equipment, electrical faults or accidents which might be experienced during the holiday. On the other hand, the client and his/her family and friends are considered responsible for all their personal belongings including money, and Idyllic cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred.

Villas with swimming pools are reserved for adults only and Idyllic accepts no responsibility for any accidents which may occur.

NB : All prices quoted are subject to change and modification depending on the fluctuation of the exchange rate. The final cost will be, that in force, on the day of payment in full of our invoice. if a new tax has been imposed, Idyllic reserves the right to increase its tariffs without prior notice.

* Maximum 1 month rent: for any rent of more than 30 days, the first month payment will be applicable according to the conditions above, further payments being made on the spot.
